If you change your mind for any reason we are happy to return or exchange your product, provided it is in new condition and your request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.  Please contact office@gingerteecompany.com and note that for returns/exchanges customers may be liable for the shipping cost.

What if I received a damaged item or the wrong item?

If you have received a damaged item or the wrong item please email us at office@gingerteecompany.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of your damaged/wrong item. Please note you must report this within 30 days after the product has been delivered. After the 30 day period we cannot provide a replacement or refund.   
 

DELIVERY

When will I get my order? 

We offer a print on demand service. It can take 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your country and shipping address. 

Will I be charged customs for my order? 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on certain international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? 

Before getting in touch with us, please make sure you have done the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address 
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package 
  3. Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them. 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with us at office@gingerteecompany.com with your order number so that we can locate your package and get it to you as soon as possible.
